Gritty, inventive, eclectic and energetic: no place in LA is getting more play than Hollywood. Its renaissance has grabbed the media spotlight with a vibrant new club and restaurant scene, a mix of new residential addresses and burgeoning retail and office properties.
Much of the recent resurgence is centered on Hollywood and Vine, the city’s iconic intersection. Los Angeles Magazine, the LA Times and New York Times agree: Hollywood is the up-and-coming destination with an unapologetically rebellious soul and fervently creative spirit.
And there’s more to come. More than a dozen major projects are slated for development over the next few years, promising to transform Tinsel Town into LA’s hotbed for iconoclasts, artists and early adopters.
